High-Tech

The Manor on Princeton Pike is a 12,000 square foot Smart Wired home with an open and flexible platform designed to meet your technology needs for today and the future. Smart wiring centralizes wiring for all communications — security, audio and lighting — to a distribution hub that can be operated from anywhere in your home.

Audio/Video Entertainment

The Manor on Princeton Pike has thousands of feet of RG-8 co-axial cable allowing you to have the fastest Internet access available (either with Comcast cable or Verizon FiOs service).
20 rooms are wired for speakers and the four bedrooms on the upper level have iPod docking stations.
The Family room, Breakfast room, Home Theater and Master Stateroom has been designed to accommodate wall-mounted HDTVs. The 63 inch HDTV in the Family room can easily be turned so that you can watch your favorite cooking show while in the kitchen.
A 300 square-foot home theater space is surround-sound equipped and can accommodate any size HDTV with ample room for theater seating so that buyers can enjoy private movies and sports events viewings.

Security

The Manor on Princeton Pike’s smart wiring also enables a state-of-the-art security system that can be controlled at- or away-from home, so you can rest assured that your home is safe even if you are out of town.

Heating/Cooling

With three miles of radiant tubing throughout the entire home, The Manor on Princeton Pike provides 10 zones of radiant heat – a rare amenity, even in the highest-end, new construction. Those unfamiliar with radiant heat will quickly revel in the comfort of warmth underfoot in rooms like the kitchen and bathrooms – especially on cold winter days.

The Manor on Princeton Pike also offers 7 zones of cooling with Andersen E-4 glass windows. Andersen E-4 windows provide optimal insulation from both heat and cold and are 35% more energy-efficient in winter and 41% more efficient in the summer.
